A few things to know.
When can I start driving?
Onboarding is by invitation as each service area becomes ready. You must complete the required checks and receive written HEVO approval and account activation before driving.
What vehicle and insurance do I need?
HEVO focuses on hybrid and electric vehicles. You must hold your own insurance appropriate for the passenger transport services you provide. Vehicle eligibility and local requirements are checked during onboarding.
What are the fees and payouts?
The standard HEVO services fee is 20% of the passenger transportation fare, with GST included in the fee. Payouts are weekly to your nominated bank account. Review the full Driver Fee Schedule during onboarding.
